#7 Washington Adventist 2 - #10 NHTI 0
The tenth-seeded NHTI Lynx fell to the seventh-seeded Washington Adventist University Shock 2-0. The (8-5) Shock took the early lead on a Zerubabel Bayene strike in the eighth minute of play on a William Acosta pass. Forward Emmanuel Ajayi scored the Shock's second goal late in the second half to secure Washington Adventist's spot in the quarterfinals of the 2013 USCAA Men's Soccer National Championship.
Washington Adventist will play the second-seeded University of Maine-Fort Kent Bengals at 3:00pm (EST) at Schuenbaum Field on Thursday. NHTI will play the ninth-seeded Penn State University Brandywine Thursday at 10:30am in the consolation bracket.
#8 University of Maine-Machias 6 - #9 Penn State University Brandywine
The #8 seed, University of Maine-Machias defeated #9 Penn State University Brandywine by the score of 6-1 at Trace Fork Field. Junior forward, Alfredo Palacios, recorded a hat trick in the first half with an early goal coming two minutes into the game. Scoring for Penn State Brandywine was Bill Walleekendeh on a direct kick in the 37th minute. For the game, the Clippers outshot the Lions 20-17.
The Clippers will move onto the quarterfinals of the 2013 USCAA Men's Soccer National Championship to play #1 seed WVU Tech at Scheonbaum Field at 7:30pm on Thursday while Penn State Brandywine will move onto the consolation bracket to face #10 NHTI at Scheonbaum Field at 10:30am on Thursday.

#7 Paul Smith's College 0 - #10 WVU Tech 2
The tenth-seeded WVU Tech Lady Golden Bears defeated the Lady Bobcats of Paul Smith's College in first round tournament play. The tournament hosts tested the opposition's goalkeeper early and often totaling 25 shots to four for Paul Smith's College. Creshana Jones and Alex Blumer each tallied a goal to send WVU Tech into the quarterfinals.
The Lady Golden Bears will face off against the second-seed and defending USCAA Women's Soccer National Champions, Daemen College. The Lady Bobcats find themselves in the consolation bracket taking on the ninth-seeded University of Maine-Machias Clippers at Trace Fork Field Thursday at 10:30am.
#8 Penn College - #9 University of Maine-Machias
Eighth-seeded Penn College defeated #9 University of Maine-Machias by the score of 2-1 in a game that ended after nine rounds of penalty kicks at Trace Fork Field to reach the quarterfinals of the 2013 USCAA Women's Soccer National Championship. The University of Maine-Machias outshot Penn College 34-13, but could only get one shot past Wildcats goalkeeper Colleen Bowes. The freshman goalkeeper had several spectacular saves on the day, saving seven during regulation and eight during the two 10 minute overtimes to lead her team to victory.
Penn College will face #1 University of Maine-Fort Kent, tomorrow at 3:30pm at Trace Fork Field on Thursday. The University of Maine-Machias will move onto the consolation bracket for a match up with #7 Paul Smith's College at Trace Fork Field at 10:30am on Thursday.
