LOCATION: Trace Fork Field (Charleston, WV)
ON THE PITCH: It didn't take long for the host institution, West Virginia Tech to get on the scoreboard thanks to a breakaway goal by Forward Ruby Bingham. However, in seven minutes later 2014 USCAA First Team All-American, Kali Muhleisen answered with a goal of her own for the Lady Pioneers. Muhleisen would add another 30 minutes later to put her team up 2-1 heading into halftime.
The Lady Bears bounced back in the second half to tie the game up in the 57th minute on another Ruby Bingham goal. Both teams fought hard and had several opportunities to take the lead, however the game would end in a 2-2 draw.
